Arc Suite for AI agents

Four production apps for the agentic economy on the USDC stablecoin: Treasury — agent treasury and budgets, Reputation — trust scoring, Marketplace — a storefront for paid APIs on the x402 protocol, and a shared landing page. I own product and UX/UI design: information architecture, the dark-theme design system, live dashboards, and the entire user journey — from the landing page to the settlement audit.

01 / product scale

Not a landing page about an idea, but a working economic operating system for agents

4 production apps on one domain: Treasury, Reputation, Marketplace, Landing.
15+ connected modules: Treasury, Reputation, Marketplace, Billing, Escrow, Shield, Gas, Wallet OS, Interop, Radar, and more.
1000 maximum agent trust score: a 0–1000 scale across 5 dimensions.
19.8M API requests passed through the marketplace at an average uptime of 99.62%.

02 / concept

Three apps — one closed loop: spend → reputation → access

The agentic economy is software paying software with no human in the loop. An AI agent calls a paid API on its own, pays for it in USDC on its own, and is on its own accountable for the outcome. For that to be safe, three things are needed: spend control, measurable trust, and access gated by that trust. Arc Suite ties them together into a single enforcement loop.

Spend

Spend sets behavior

Treasury sees every USDC an agent spends. TradeBot-Alpha burned through 95% of its monthly budget and triggered 3 critical alerts.

Reputation

Behavior sets trust

Reputation recalculates the score from transaction history. The same agent's trust score drops: −23 points over 30 days, tier Gold.

Access

Trust unlocks access

Marketplace checks the score in real time. A premium API rejects the agent: score 812 below the required threshold of 850.

03 / agentic workflow

One autonomous API purchase — from policy to settlement proof

01 · identity

Agent identity and intent

Every call starts with who the agent actually is and what it wants to buy. The agent's identity and its passport score are tied to its wallet.

  • Three persistent agents live across all apps: DataHarvester-Pro, TradeBot-Alpha, IoT-Gateway-01.
  • Each has a Circle wallet and a 0–1000 trust score.
02 · x402

An x402 protocol offer

The API provider responds with an x402-style offer: price per request in USDC, the required minimum trust score, SLA terms.

  • Pay-per-call pricing: from $0.0020 per request to $0.080 per minute of compute.
  • No subscriptions or accounts — payment for exactly the call made.
03 · policy

Policy and compliance

Before payment, checks run: agent budget, limits, policy compliance, and the trust threshold required for this API.

  • Auto-pause on overrun: monthly limit and daily cap.
  • payment_denied when the score is below the threshold — with a clear explanation why.
04 · settle

Execution and settlement on Arc

The Circle Wallet prepares execution, the payment goes out in USDC, settlement is recorded on Arc Testnet, and the provider signs a receipt.

  • Arc Testnet network, Chain ID 5042002, USDC as gas.
  • Signed provider receipt + settlement proof.
05 · proof

Proof and reputation update

The result comes together into a single audit view: policy, receipt, settlement evidence, and the score update — all on one page.

  • Proof page: proof, receipt, and the policy chain in one window.
  • A proof-archive registry and a reviewer mode for grant juries.

Arc Treasury — a treasury for teams deploying agents

💰 Treasury Agent Budget Manager · B2B dashboard

A B2B dashboard for AI agent operators. Treasury gives full visibility and control over every USDC each agent spends: limits, daily caps, auto-pause on overrun, and a live transaction ticker. A product for finance and ops teams that need to manage a fleet of agents as a line-item expense.

$2.7KUSDC under management across all wallets, +12.4% for the week.
3 / 6active agents, the rest paused or idle.
$1.5Kspent this month out of a $4.4K budget — 35% used.
3active alerts: 2 critical, 1 warning.
  • Real-time dashboard: a 7-day spend chart, breakdown by category, and a live transaction ticker.
  • Per-agent budgets: monthly limits, daily caps, auto-pause on overrun.
  • Critical alert system with Slack and webhook notifications.
  • Transaction history fully categorized: API calls, swaps, compute, storage, bridge.
  • Spend reports with CSV export.
  • Agent onboarding with wallet creation via Circle Developer Controlled Wallets.

Arc Reputation — the trust oracle APIs use to decide whether to let an agent in

🛡️ Reputation Agent Trust Layer · trust oracle

A trust oracle for AI agents. Every on-chain transaction, dispute, and response-time measurement rolls up into a 0–1000 score across five dimensions. APIs and services query this score in real time to gate access — no subscriptions, no manual verification. A product for anyone handing resources to agents who wants an objective "can this be trusted" metric.

720average trust score across the ecosystem, rising across every tier.
0–1000agent scoring scale across 5 dimensions.
5dimensions: payments, volume, response time, disputes, age.
991best score on the leaderboard (DataHarvester-Pro, Platinum).
  • Live leaderboard with 7-day sparklines, tier badges, and search/filter.
  • Score breakdown across 5 dimensions: Payment History, Volume Consistency, Response Time, Dispute Record, Account Age.
  • payment_denied events — visible whenever an agent is blocked for low trust.
  • Compare page: two agents side by side — metrics, sparklines, score breakdown.
  • Tier system: Platinum → Gold → Silver → Bronze → New.
  • Docs for developers: 5 API endpoints, 3 integration patterns, and a webhook reference.

08 / technology

One shared design system and one technology layer across all four apps

Each app is a standalone Next.js 16 project, but all of them share a common design system: the Space Grotesk typeface, the Arc dark theme, the ArcButton, ArcProgress, StatCard, and PageHeader components, an EcosystemNav top navigation between apps, and a LiveTicker live ticker in every header.
