Who processes the data
The data controller is Evgenii Maksutov, site maksutovdesign.ru. For questions and data requests: maksutovdesign@mail.ru.
Controller status: self-employed (stated on the site, FAQ section). Details are provided on request when concluding a contract.
What data is collected
Request form: name; contact (email, Telegram or phone); selected service; budget and timeline (optional); message text; consent checkbox. The language and address of the page the request was sent from, and the time, are saved with it.
Visit source: if you arrived via a link with UTM tags or from another site, these tags, the external referrer address (without parameters) and the address of your first page are saved with the request.
Visit statistics: viewed page address, traffic source, page language, browser window width, country (derived from the IP address; the IP address itself is not stored in statistics), actions on the site: form views and use, clicks on email, phone and Telegram, views of the pricing block. Random visitor and session identifiers are used to count unique visitors; they contain no name or contact details.
Spam protection: to limit request frequency, a one-way hash of the IP address and request times are kept temporarily (removed by a scheduled cleanup job; retention is about two days).
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. The browser (localStorage) keeps a visitor identifier and first-visit data (UTM, referrer, first page) for up to 90 days; sessionStorage keeps a session identifier, removed when the tab is closed. You can clear them in your browser settings.
Cookies are used only in the private admin area (owner login).
Third-party services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com): Google receives your IP address and browser details. Some pages embed YouTube, VK Video and SoundCloud players; when such a page opens, those services receive technical visit data under their own rules.
The request is forwarded to the owner by email (maksutovdesign@mail.ru, Mail.ru mail service).
Transition period: a site page that was already open in your browser before the form update may still send the request through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which forwards it to the owner's email and processes the request data under its own rules. Newly loaded pages do not use FormSubmit. The transition period ends on October 29, 2026.
Purposes
To reply to your request and discuss the project; to conclude and perform a contract; to keep anonymous visit statistics and improve the site; to protect the form from spam and abuse.
Legal basis
Request data is processed on the basis of your consent — the checkbox in the form. Statistics are kept in anonymous form.
Where and how long data is stored
Requests and statistics are stored on the site hosting server (hosting provider: Beget) and in the owner's mailbox.
The servers of the hosting provider (Beget LLC) are located in Russia.
Requests are kept for 3 years after the project is completed (or after the last contact if no project followed) and are then deleted; in statistics, visitor and session identifiers are cleared after 12 months. Emails stay in the owner's mailbox until the owner deletes them; data is deleted earlier on request.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent — write to maksutovdesign@mail.ru. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was received.
